For the past few years, alongside running Cultivating Wealth, I’ve been working on a project very close to my heart. I wrote a book called Crossroads: A Financial Fable for Women Navigating the Decisions, Transitions, and Pivots of Peri-Retirement.
So many high-achieving women hit their late 40s or 50s and find themselves at a sudden intersection—balancing aging parents, kids heading off to college, career shifts, or major life changes, all while trying to make sense of their own financial future. I wrote Crossroads as a story about four lifelong friends reuniting at fifty to take the anxiety and stuffiness out of money, showing that midlife is a time for reinvention.
